LOANS Monetary Lending Services operates a web-based loan management system with SMS and email notifications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a lawful, fair, and transparent way. Quick summary: We collect information you provide, information created as you use the Service, and information from our communications tools. We use this data to evaluate and service loans, schedule appointments, send confirmations and receipts, keep records required by law, and secure our platform. We never sell your personal data.

- Debtors: name, birth date, gender, civil status, contact number, email, address, city, province, postal code, employment status or occupation or position, monthly income, government ID type and number, profile or cover images, verification status and codes, login timestamps, and reset or remember tokens.
- Administrators or Staff: name, email, role (Admin or Loan Officer or Customer Service), contact number, profile or cover images, last login, status flags.
- Security credentials: passwords are stored hashed and never in plain text.
Loan & Application Data
Information required to evaluate, approve, and service loans.
- Loan applications: type, amount, term, purpose, status or decision (approved or denied or cancelled), approving officer, timestamps, reasons where applicable.
- Loans and schedules: loan numbers, principal, term, interest, repayment schedules and due dates, monthly payment amounts, totals and balances, next payment date, and status.
- Collateral and co-makers: collateral type or description or value or location and document paths; co-maker identity and relationship information.
Appointments & Rescheduling
Data used to schedule and manage appointments.
- Appointment purpose, scheduled date and time and end time, status (Pending or Scheduled or Completed or Cancelled or No Show or Reject), notes, related application.
- Rescheduling requests with one-time reschedule policy: requested by Debtor or Admin, old and new date, reason, status, read flags.
Payments & Receipts
Records of payments made and receipts issued.
- Payment amount, method (currently cash operationally), receipt number, date, staff receiver, allocation to principal or interest or penalty, notes.
- Payment schedule status (Pending or Paid or Late or Partial) and penalties where applicable.
Communications & Notifications
Messages we send to you and related metadata.
- SMS & Gmail notifications: phone number, message content, type (Verification, Payment Reminder, Appointment Reminder, Loan Status), delivery status, verification codes, timestamps.
- Email notifications: appointment schedules or confirmations, payment receipts, overdue notices, and account communications.
Logs & Support
Operational and support data.
- Audit logs and admin activities capturing user type, action, description, IP address, timestamps.
- Contact submissions (name, email, subject, message, IP address, status).
Technical Information (Website or App)
Device and usage information for security and session management.

3) Why We Use Your Information

- Provide the Service and perform our contract with you: account creation and authentication; appointment scheduling or rescheduling; loan intake, assessment, approval, disbursement, servicing; payment recording and receipts; dashboard displays.

- Appointments are scheduled by management and sent to your registered email; they also appear in your dashboard.
- You may confirm or request one reschedule from your dashboard. If you do not attend the rescheduled appointment, your loan application may be rejected.
- Payment receipts and important notices including overdue reminders are sent via SMS and email and recorded in your account.
- For operational security, these communications and related logs are stored in our system.
12) Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies when you leave our Service.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new Policy with an updated Last Updated date and, when required, notify you via the Service or email or SMS. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Policy.
